Record Snowfall in Nashville

On January 22, 2016, the biggest snowstorm to hit Nashville in 13 years blanketed the city with eight inches of snowfall over just a few hours. Down the street from my house in East Nashville, everything with a flat surface turned into a sled as neighbors hurtled themselves down a steep hill in the neighborhood. (Which was all well and good, until somebody got nailed by a dude on a sled.)
